The People’s Organizations will get strengthened through varying training and action programmes.
To improve the integrated delivery and to initiate new programmes, Health Volunteers and Voluntary Health Forums will be trained and developed.
The Hospital Project design will be finalised and the construction of the hospital will be commenced. Planning for and working on the Hospital Project will be the major activity next year.
X. Conclusion
The energy of the staff was essentially focused on the winding down of the SHG programme.
Looking back over the efforts and results, TCT is quite happy that what had to be done and could be done was achieved. The grit and determination displayed by the staff in their interactions with the women and the example they set in giving the women their due honour deserves praise and recognition.
This experience has indeed strengthened TCT a great deal. Now TCT is eager to get started with its new initiatives. TCT is thankful to the Trustees, advisors, volunteers, village leaders and the women who have made the year a memorable one.
